The Visayas State University College Admission Test (VSUCAT) 2025 officially starts on Saturday, February 22, 2025, marking the first day of the hybrid testing format for VSU Main Campus, VSU Isabel, and VSU Alangalang. 

My cordial greetings to everyone, most especially to the VSU key officials–the 5 Vice Presidents and Chancellors, Faculty Deans and Department Heads, Office Directors and Unit Heads, all faculty and staff, most especially to all the women in our workplace–please accept my warmest Monday morning greetings! 

The Annals of Tropical Research (ATR) has been officially included in the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ) as of January 9, 2025. 

The VSU system is home to four external campuses, each led by a dedicated Chancellor who oversees academic and research programs, campus development, and community engagement. 

For the second time, VSU welcomed partners from the Campus France Philippines and brought students and faculty closer to the possibilities of studying in one of Europe’s most esteemed academic landscapes. 

VSU has been selected as the only Southeast Asian university to qualify for the Stage 2 of the Institutional University Cooperation (IUC) program of VLIRUOS, a Belgian organization that promotes academic partnerships worldwide. 

For the first time, VSU will host the PAPSAS-8 Regional Student Leadership Summit on February 26-28, 2025.
