To promote the use of clean and sustainable energy and ensure the security of 9,245 students enrolled at the VSU’s flagship school in Baybay City, the Physical Plant Office (PPO) finally completed the installation of 200 solar-powered lamp posts distributed in strategic locations in both the upper and lower campuses of the university.
