Every year, VSU’s Phi Delta Honor Society of Science (PDHSS) recognizes outstanding undergraduate and graduate theses days before the graduation.

Some 150 tree farmers and officers of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) thronged VSU for trainings in income-generating technologies, June 21-23.

Ms. Cherrie Atilano, VSU alumna and accomplished agri-entrepreneur, is set to grace the university’s 64th Commencement Exercises as graduation speaker.

“Cherrie Atilano. I want to be like her, soon,” was what Therese Ratilla, Valedictorian, Class of 2017, said when asked to share her biggest inspiration in life.
