Christmas season at Visayas State University has officially started.

VSU kicks off the Yuletide Season with the annual Christmas Lighting Ceremony at the main campus entrance on Tuesday, December 04, 2018.

As VSU’s vision shifts to a bigger scope to become “a globally competitive university of science, technology, and environmental conservation,” VSU President Edgardo E. Tulin continues to groom the university to be able to compete in the international arena by providing access to state-of-the-art buildings and facilities, globally competent workforce, accredited quality programs, and strong linkages with local, national and international partners.

A total of 610 examinees from VSU main and branch campuses successfully passed the September 2018 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET).

For three consecutive years, VSU has registered a 100% passing rate in the Nursing Licensure Exam (NLE). This year, all ten takers successfully passed the nursing board.
