BAYBAY CITY, Leyte — PhilRice is set to hold an orientation and examination for interested applicants on August 18, 2014, Monday.
Graduates or alumni, and senior students of agriculture and related courses, agribusiness, agricultural engineering, biology, chemistry, business administration and dev't communication are encouraged to join.
