Out of the 1,310 accreditors who participated in various survey visits in 2014, 20 of theme emerged as “standouts” in which Ms. Rebecca B. Napiere, retired VSU Librarian, topped in the list with 35 survey visits conducted.

Belonias, Dean of the Graduate School, were also named by the AACCUP as among the Top 1 placers, together with other Top 1 and Top 2 placers, who attended in one of the seven outcomes-based training workshops conducted by the AACCUP in 2014. The top two participants are picked on the basis of their scores in the required end-of-training examination in which 45 of them emerged as topnotchers in the seven outcomes-based training workshops conducted in the different dates and venues throughout the country. The awards were received by Dr. Noriel, including those of Ms. Napiere and Dr. Belonias on February 18, 2015.
