VSU produces 22 licensed civil engineers in November 2018 board

A total of 22 Viscans successfully passed the November 2018 Civil Engineer Licensure Exam, garnering an institutional passing average of 66.67% for VSU, with a 68.75% rate for first-time takers.
This is higher than the national passing percentage of 45.09%, where only 6,262 out of 13,887 examinees made it to the cut.
Jaydee Niere Lucero from the University of the Philippines Diliman is this batch’s topnotch civil engineer, gaining an average of 97.20%. Meanwhile, the University of the Philippines Los Baños ranks number one in the top performing school with a passing rate of 98.63%.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) conducted the Civil Engineering licensure exam in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legaspi, Lucena, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga on November 10 and 11, 2018.
Results were released by PRC on November 15.
