CSC Minimum Qualifications

• Education: MS Degree of Specialization in any of the following: Sociology / Social Science Research Methods / Development Studies
• Experience: at least 3 years in the field of specialization

Renumeration and Rank

Subject to PASUC Evaluation

• Minimum: Instructor I (SG 12, Step 1)
• Monthly Salary: Php 19,940/mo

Should posses the following competencies:

1. Commitment - deep sense of responsibility to render service for the development of Students’ well-being and for the advancement of his/her discipline.
2. Knowledge of field - applicant’s scholarship and expertise in his/her field of discipline
3. Teaching for Independent Learning - ability to organize teaching-learning processes to enable students to maximize their learning potentials
4. Management of learning - ability to create and manage a conducive learning environment and at the same time guide, monitor and evaluate student learning
5. Ability to implement research and/or extension programs
