The VSU Faculty of Nursing (FON) has officially partnered with 1Nurse to provide enhanced review resources for nursing students preparing for the Philippine Nurse Licensure Examination (PNLE).
The agreement was formalized through a virtual Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing on March 24, 2025.
Under this partnership, senior students will have access to the 1Nurse platform and will receive free subscriptions and other exclusive discounts. This initiative provides flexible and high-quality review materials that will give students essential tools for success in the licensure exam.
The collaboration was driven by the success of the pioneering batch, Labradorite, who utilized the 1Nurse application in their review. Their experience with the 1Nurse application during their review contributed to their strong performance in the November 2024 PNLE.
VSU has consistently delivered outstanding results, achieving 100% passing rate and producing topnotchers.
In the November 2024 PNLE, all 47 examinees from VSU passed, with three graduates securing spots in the Top 10: Maria Paz O. Orang (Top 9), Caryl Anne D. Caragara (Top 10), and Hazel Ann E. Gonzales (Top 10).
1Nurse, launched in May 2023, is the first fully online interactive nursing review platform in the Philippines. It offers comprehensive examination resources, job placement assistance, and professional development opportunities for aspiring nurses.
As part of the agreement, VSU will recommend students for free access, promote awareness of 1Nurse within the university, and provide feedback for further improvements to the platform.
This partnership will equip the nursing students in VSU with top-tier educational resources and maintain the university’s strong record of producing successful nursing students.
