Enrolment Guidelines for Incoming New Students SY 2019-2020

1. Qualifiers including transferees and second coursers who passed the VSU Admission Test must enroll within the enrolment period for New Students on May 2-31, 2019 in their chosen courses. Failure to enroll until May 31, 2019, forfeits the qualifier’s slot. Thereafter, NO APPEALS for consideration to enroll in VSU will be entertained.

2. Waitlisted qualifiers must also enroll on May 2-31, 2019 only in courses with open slots on a first-come, first served basis. Failure to enroll until May 31, 2019, forfeits the waitlisted qualifier’s slot. Thereafter, NO APPEALS for consideration to enroll in VSU will be entertained.

3. Qualified transferees should submit their Transcript of Records (TOR) to the University Registrar for evaluation prior to enrolment.

4. All Incoming New Students are required to attend the Orientation Program on July 31, 2019 (Wednesday) at venues to be announced later.

5. VSU Dormitories will accept new occupants beginning July 29, 2019 (Monday).
