The findings reveal that the rise in job stress among nurses impacts their caring behaviors during patient care, thereby implying improved healthcare services.
The conference facilitated the exchange of research findings and fostered collaboration among universities and institutions in the Philippines, especially in sharing best practices, advancing research, and exploring future collaborations.
Over 100 papers were presented and categorized into specific sustainable development goals (SDGs), as the theme is focused on utilizing the SDGs as a universal research agenda on emerging global communities.
The two-day conference ran from October 4 to 5, 2024, at Palacio del Sur in Zamboanga City.
